Kajabi template launch checklist
Prepare your content, product links and mobile review before launching a template-based website.

Prepare the content and keep a backup
Collect your logo, licensed images, page copy, offer details and support contact information. Keep copies of your existing content and settings before changing a live design. Follow the installation instructions supplied with the specific product; website, landing page and course packages should not be assumed to use the same installation process.
Replace every demo placeholder
Review navigation labels, footer links, sample testimonials, social links and buttons. Confirm that every visible offer has the correct price and description. Remove example content that does not apply to your business. Check that the contact, privacy and license information matches the experience you actually provide.
Test the customer path
Use the supported test workflow for your checkout to check the route from product information to confirmation and access. Check links and forms on both desktop and mobile. Do not mark a launch ready just because the homepage looks complete: a broken purchase link or unclear delivery instructions can prevent a visitor from becoming a customer.
Check discovery and measurement
Give each public page a descriptive title and useful summary. Link important pages from your navigation or relevant content, and make sure private account pages remain protected. Verify your analytics configuration with the appropriate consent choices. After launch, use real search and visitor data to decide which pages need clearer content or simpler navigation.
