I'm Jessica Depew.
I'm an attorney, writer, CEO, yoga teacher and a heart-centered mom of three.
I've owned and helped run multiple businesses over the past 20 years—law firms, yoga studios, tech companies and cyber forensic startups—just to name a few.
One of the things I'm often asked is, HOw on earth did you go from attorney to yoga teacher to business coach?"
I was also passionate about a variety of seemingly unconnected things: writing, hip-hop, psychology, business, teaching, reading, spirituality, fitness and all things wellness...just to name a few.
After a couple of failed attempts at being a corporate lawyer and a lot of drama trying to choose what I wanted to "be" in life, I realized that I didn't have to be just one thing and instead I could bring together all of my interests and talents in a creative way.
I gave up the security (and long hours) of attorney life, got a yoga teaching certificate and opened a yoga school here in southeast Texas before the ink was even dry. I slowly started building my confidence in myself as a teacher and coach.
